The Rose City Resource® is Portland's most comprehensive, up-to-date list of services for people experiencing homelessness or poverty. Made possible through the cooperation of the City of Portland, United Way of the Columbia-Willamette and the 211, the booklet is published quarterly by Street Roots.
Many organizations provide copies of the Rose City Resource to their clients and customers seeking supportive resources.
