Libby Dowsett

Libby Dowsett has investigated stories on youth homelessness, child abuse and the foster care system for more than 20 years, with stories appearing on OregonLive.com, KTVL-CBS, KRNV-NBC and KOBI-NBC. She is a longtime volunteer at local child abuse centers. She grew up on a vineyard in Forest Grove and now has a small vineyard with her own family in the Portland area.
