Oregon’s general election takes place Nov. 3, 2026. The voter registration deadline has now passed, but you can find information on how to check your ballot or voter registration status here.
Ahead of the Nov. 3 elections Street Roots sent questionnaires to candidates in the following races:
- Portland City Council District 3
- Portland City Council District 4*
- Multnomah County Board of Commissioners Chair*
- Multnomah County District 2 Commissioner*

Each questionnaire contained three questions and covered topics ranging from housing affordability to homelessness, labor and more. Candidates were limited to 150 words per answer. Candidates submitted written responses via email, and may be edited for clarity.
