Street Roots is the publisher of the Rose City Resource (RCR), the most comprehensive list of services for people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Beginning in the pages of the Burnside Cadillac in the 1990s and Street Roots newspaper in 1999, the Rose City Resource became a pocket-sized booklet in 2007. In 2010, Street Roots transformed the guide into a twice-yearly edition.
Rose City Resource booklets are available to pick up at our Street Roots office when the vendor office is open. Simply stop by, fill out a form, and let us know how many you are picking up.
The latest edition of the Rose City Resource Guide can be viewed here digitally. 2023 Jan-June.pdf.
If you are in need of an RCR guide or distributing the RCR guides, we are happy to provide them at no charge to you. The booklets are packed in sets of 10 and boxes of 180. Please contact Sophie Maziraga, Rose City Resource Manager, at guide@streetroots.org with any questions or suggestions.
