December 2025-May 2026 guides are in stock and available for pick-up!

Street Roots is the publisher of the Rose City Resource Guide (RCRG), the most comprehensive, up-to-date print list of services for people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties. This booklet serves people who may not otherwise have access to a computer or social service agency, and allows individuals to be independent in their search for services that fit their specific needs.

The guide covers a wide range of needs, from basic necessities like food and shelter to more specialized services like employment services, rental assistance, and pet care. The guide is a starting point for anyone navigating instability, and it can be used alone or with the help of outreach workers, case managers, or friends.
